Every programme we run is grounded in research. From Leah Suma's 2014 national study to our Women's Prosperity Index, data drives our decisions.
Collective Power
Individual women are strong. Organised women are unstoppable. We build networks, circles, and coalitions because collective action creates systemic change.
Diaspora Solidarity
The Sierra Leonean diaspora and the homeland are one community. We bridge the two — channelling resources, skills, and solidarity across borders.
Energy Justice
Access to clean, affordable energy is a foundation of women's economic independence. Our 1 MW Solar Give Away is a statement of principle as much as a programme.
